Like an Eagle to Soar

Like an Eagle to Soar

I’m so tired
I need to sleep
Cuddle in the Shepherd
A faithful sheep

I’m weak
I have no power
Waiting on the Lord
Christ- my strong tower

When He’s all my strength
Like an eagle I’ll mount
Above the situations
The cost to follow I’ll count

To follow the Lord of lords
By faith and not by sight
With the whole armor
To win the glorious fight

In this world, not of the world
Not loving my life unto death
Loving the Life with my all
For His glory, give my last breath

They give me headache-
Teachings that are wrong.
Souls in bondage to them…
When I’m weak, You make me strong!

Dying to myself
I need You so much more
Free in Christ
I want like an eagle to soar

Friend to Stranger

Friend to Stranger
For we cannot but speak
the things which we have seen and heard.
Acts 4:20
~~~ 2 Timothy 3:1-5 ~~~
There are multitudes
Standing in the pew.
But these who follow Jesus
Are precious very few.
Lord, so few souls
For You they long.
So many are ashamed
To praise You with a song.
He inspired me before,
He used to be a brother.
Now his words, they
The Holy Fire smother.
She wore: “faith”
I thought she is a sister.
But only pride and religion-
I saw a spirit sinister.
Do I talk God’s love too much,
More than show?
Should I be normal,
Better take it slow?
That they love Jesus-
I had a daydream.
I just cannot stop
This Living Water stream!
They have no love for Jesus.
“Talk about something else.”
The Lord’s “too much” for
They enjoy their worldly fest.
What I’ve seen and heard
I cannot but speak.
To make the devil mad,
To silence the religious shriek.
Still to prayer
I need myself to devote.
So souls from Jesus
Would not be remote.
I’m so hurt
Expecting always danger
That another friend
Would turn to be a stranger.
Living Water & Holy Fire
Living Water & Holy Fire
In some melancholy
A strange worldly song
All around & in my mouth
But only for You I long.
Talking only about You-
To some may seem weird.
But I’m bathing in Your Spirit.
Bold now for what I feared.
So hungry, so thirsty
Only for You I want to sing
Every minute, every second
To the cross of Christ to cling
Denying self
When desperately seeking Thee.
All doubts, all worries,
The devil would flee.
Feeling discouraged?
Console in our best Friend.
Leaning wholly on the Rock,
In His strength we stand.
Being cleansed
In Your burning love I cried.
May holy fire purge
Jesus’ faithful Bride!
JESUS IS Coming Back!
JESUS IS Coming Back!
JESUS IS coming back!
Unrecognizable is the season.
They do not know their Savior.
Ignorance is their prison.
Blind eyes, deaf ears
She doesn’t care she’s going to hell
Closed to the Good News
Suffocating in a devilish shell
Time is nearing
In late spring, there’s ice and snow
They don’t even know
Soon, THE GREAT I AM will show
He’ll come in glory
Show Almighty power
JESUS! For the righteous
He is a strong tower
They need to know Jesus
We are living in the end
I’m praying to the Father
More messengers to send
Bold in Christ, fishers of men,
Shine Jesus’ light
Penetrate the darkness
With Holy Spirit might
But then I was silent for Jesus
They resist, reject and mock
Not wanting to follow the Shepherd
To join the heavenly flock
~Viki, April 13, 2007, 10:30 pm, at work *I cannot seem to find where in the Bible it talks that when it is unclear if it is winter or spring or fall or summer, it is a sign that Jesus’ coming is near. Maybe it is not in the Bible, but I read it somewhere. I do not remember. But I clearly remember that the heavy snow in April was unusual and I had the strong sense that this shows that Jesus is coming back soon…
See The Cross!
See The Cross!
It grieves me, Lord
To see them “having fun”
Chained in bondages
When Jesus said: “It’s done!”
In Your precious blood
Victory over the devil and sin
But they mock the Bible
With ugly ignorant grin.
They must resist the devil.
Stop acting like clowns.
Look at the cross of Christ
For them, the Savior groans.
For them to be free
Holy hand pierced by dirty nail.
They are either caught up in the world
Or in a religion that is stale.
O, Savior! Set them free
From the cunning vice!
Jesus, open their hearts
To Your powerful sacrifice!
The Choice to Surrender
The Choice to Surrender
What if we don’t sense Your presence
And it’s kinda lonely?
We should check and see if
The soul’s become somehow thorny.
Stop running from You.
Our hearts we should not harden.
But be broken and humble before You,
Always seeking You for pardon.
In a dry land, thirsty,
Longing to hear Your voice.
To surrender completely to You-
This is the choice.
When we give all to You,
The power of the Holy Spirit is intense.
Every day, denying our selves
Your presence we will always sense.
Receive the Holy Spirit!
Let Him cleanse the ground
Purge all the thorns
Not lost, but found.
Not only found, but always
Growing in Jesus’ strength.
Oh, thank You loving, holy Father
For the Holy Spirit’s depth!
On the Unshakable Rock
On the Unshakable Rock
Satan is already defeated!
In Christ, i'll never lose,
On the unshakable Rock,
To be in His strength, i'll always choose!
For JESUS' perfect love
chases away every fear.
TRUST Him completely;
He wipes away every tear.
Jesus strengthens us,
when for Him to stand we dare,
Fills us with the Holy Spirit.
His joy, He'll always share!
