Like an Eagle to Soar

Like an Eagle to Soar

I’m so tired
I need to sleep
Cuddle in the Shepherd
A faithful sheep

I’m weak
I have no power
Waiting on the Lord
Christ- my strong tower

When He’s all my strength
Like an eagle I’ll mount
Above the situations
The cost to follow I’ll count

To follow the Lord of lords
By faith and not by sight
With the whole armor
To win the glorious fight

In this world, not of the world
Not loving my life unto death
Loving the Life with my all
For His glory, give my last breath

They give me headache-
Teachings that are wrong.
Souls in bondage to them…
When I’m weak, You make me strong!

Dying to myself
I need You so much more
Free in Christ
I want like an eagle to soar

Friend to Stranger

Friend to Stranger
For we cannot but speak
the things which we have seen and heard.
Acts 4:20
~~~ 2 Timothy 3:1-5 ~~~
There are multitudes
Standing in the pew.
But these who follow Jesus
Are precious very few.
Lord, so few souls
For You they long.
So many are ashamed
To praise You with a song.
He inspired me before,
He used to be a brother.
Now his words, they
The Holy Fire smother.
She wore: “faith”
I thought she is a sister.
But only pride and religion-
I saw a spirit sinister.
Do I talk God’s love too much,
More than show?
Should I be normal,
Better take it slow?
That they love Jesus-
I had a daydream.
I just cannot stop
This Living Water stream!
They have no love for Jesus.
“Talk about something else.”
The Lord’s “too much” for
They enjoy their worldly fest.
What I’ve seen and heard
I cannot but speak.
To make the devil mad,
To silence the religious shriek.
Still to prayer
I need myself to devote.
So souls from Jesus
Would not be remote.
I’m so hurt
Expecting always danger
That another friend
Would turn to be a stranger.
Living Water & Holy Fire
Living Water & Holy Fire
In some melancholy
A strange worldly song
All around & in my mouth
But only for You I long.
Talking only about You-
To some may seem weird.
But I’m bathing in Your Spirit.
Bold now for what I feared.
So hungry, so thirsty
Only for You I want to sing
Every minute, every second
To the cross of Christ to cling
Denying self
When desperately seeking Thee.
All doubts, all worries,
The devil would flee.
Feeling discouraged?
Console in our best Friend.
Leaning wholly on the Rock,
In His strength we stand.
Being cleansed
In Your burning love I cried.
May holy fire purge
Jesus’ faithful Bride!
JESUS IS Coming Back!
JESUS IS Coming Back!
JESUS IS coming back!
Unrecognizable is the season.
They do not know their Savior.
Ignorance is their prison.
Blind eyes, deaf ears
She doesn’t care she’s going to hell
Closed to the Good News
Suffocating in a devilish shell
Time is nearing
In late spring, there’s ice and snow
They don’t even know
Soon, THE GREAT I AM will show
He’ll come in glory
Show Almighty power
JESUS! For the righteous
He is a strong tower
They need to know Jesus
We are living in the end
I’m praying to the Father
More messengers to send
Bold in Christ, fishers of men,
Shine Jesus’ light
Penetrate the darkness
With Holy Spirit might
But then I was silent for Jesus
They resist, reject and mock
Not wanting to follow the Shepherd
To join the heavenly flock
~Viki, April 13, 2007, 10:30 pm, at work *I cannot seem to find where in the Bible it talks that when it is unclear if it is winter or spring or fall or summer, it is a sign that Jesus’ coming is near. Maybe it is not in the Bible, but I read it somewhere. I do not remember. But I clearly remember that the heavy snow in April was unusual and I had the strong sense that this shows that Jesus is coming back soon…
See The Cross!
See The Cross!
It grieves me, Lord
To see them “having fun”
Chained in bondages
When Jesus said: “It’s done!”
In Your precious blood
Victory over the devil and sin
But they mock the Bible
With ugly ignorant grin.
They must resist the devil.
Stop acting like clowns.
Look at the cross of Christ
For them, the Savior groans.
For them to be free
Holy hand pierced by dirty nail.
They are either caught up in the world
Or in a religion that is stale.
O, Savior! Set them free
From the cunning vice!
Jesus, open their hearts
To Your powerful sacrifice!
The Choice to Surrender
The Choice to Surrender
What if we don’t sense Your presence
And it’s kinda lonely?
We should check and see if
The soul’s become somehow thorny.
Stop running from You.
Our hearts we should not harden.
But be broken and humble before You,
Always seeking You for pardon.
In a dry land, thirsty,
Longing to hear Your voice.
To surrender completely to You-
This is the choice.
When we give all to You,
The power of the Holy Spirit is intense.
Every day, denying our selves
Your presence we will always sense.
Receive the Holy Spirit!
Let Him cleanse the ground
Purge all the thorns
Not lost, but found.
Not only found, but always
Growing in Jesus’ strength.
Oh, thank You loving, holy Father
For the Holy Spirit’s depth!
On the Unshakable Rock
Satan is already defeated!
In Christ, i'll never lose,
On the unshakable Rock,
To be in His strength, i'll always choose!
For JESUS' perfect love
chases away every fear.
TRUST Him completely;
He wipes away every tear.
Jesus strengthens us,
when for Him to stand we dare,
Fills us with the Holy Spirit.
His joy, He'll always share!
To JESUS be devout!
To JESUS be devout!
My faith is in Christ
and the Cross- on the Rock.
Then why do the devil's attacks
cause me a slight shock?
At a moment, the evil one
throws to me- worry, guilt, doubt.
Should i tremble?
Or to JESUS be devout?
In Jesus' precious blood,
every battle is already victorious!
Giving every burden to the Son;
Free in the Majesty glorious!
Too many things
are trying to deceive.
Oh, Lord, may we always
the Truth receive!
Keep the faith in Jesus and Him crucified-
this is the fight.
Oh! Lord, to all the blind, please,
give back the sight!
Of things not seen,
faith is the evidence.
Not loving the world,
we have another residence.
Beautiful Marvelous Mystery
i am so tired
i want so much to sleep
i am so weary
my soul, Lord, You keep!
Dive into the Holy Spirit,
into the River, so deep!
we know Your voice, dear Lord.
we are Your faithful sheep.
Your piercing Presence
Sharp, clear, sweet
Oh, Holy Spirit,
Please, direct our feet!
Feeling weak from
the world's noisy roar.
But Your strength, Lord,
makes me like an eagle to soar!
Forgetting every worry,
Yielding completely to Your power
In the blood of Jesus
in the cleansing shower.
my old self-
for a long time already a history.
Joy Unspeakable
Joy Unspeakable
Joy unspeakable
Full of glory
Thankful for the fellowship
Everyone's telling their story
God's pouring down blessings
When we put Him first
Drinking the blood of Jesus
So we will never thirst
Do not be lukewarm
Yes, we are extreme
Crucified with Christ
In rushing Living Water stream
It is ALL in the Cross
Eating Jesus' flesh
In the Holy Spirit's power
He makes us fresh
From His purging blood,
In His glorious love, I groan.
Touched by the Almighty
Laying my ALL at His throne.
People our way
How amazingly He sends
The Light of the world
Broken hearts He mends!
Since you believed,
The Holy Spirit did you receive?
Are you gonna be cold or hot?
What fruit do you conceive?
For the Bread of Life i hunger
For the Bread of Life i hunger
Show me Your paths
I want to hear Your voice
Among the crowd
Too much worldly noise
But You ARE here
To Your pierced hand i reach
No matter where
I let the Holy Spirit teach
I want to feel
Your gentle mighty touch
In a place that's not my home
The errands seem too much
O for the Bread of Life
How tremendously i hunger
For You to pour the Rain
And Your majestic thunder
I am desperate for You
In this dry barren land
May i be Your vessel
On the Rock, always stand
Waiting on the Lord
Waiting on the Lord
On the LORD
all the day i wait,
crucified with Christ
going through the narrow gate.
To the High,
my soul i lift
Hear God's voice
He bestows a gift
Ask for the Holy Spirit
With power, He saturates
Pray in Jesus' Name
He IS the Only One who mediates
Holy Fire from Above
In every fiber, He burns
To Jesus' Cross
My ALL always turns
To the fishermen of people
More souls He sends
Pours healing power
Broken hearts He mends
Trusting God's strength
Constantly we pray
Believing the LORD
In His Embrace we stay.
Seeking for the Light
With all i have within me
i give You praise!
"It is just another craze!"
Are you broken?
Is it heavy on your soul?
Again in the darkness
You don't wanna crawl
Seeking for the Light
You see it's not another craze
Beauty from the Almighty
End of the sinful strife
Washed in the blood of Jesus
Headed to eternal life.
The Great Reward
The Great Reward
"Holy IS the Lamb!"
His praise is always in my mouth
God's greatness is unsearchable
For His joy, my heart wants to shout
I run the race
Press forward, to obtain the prize
In Christ, we can move a mountain
No matter what its size
We may be tired
But He IS our strong tower
Constant stream of love, from Above
Refreshed, endued with power
"Holy IS the Lamb!"
Victory in Jesus' precious blood
Freedom in the Holy Spirit
Glorious Living Water flood
The world pulls and presses
The Lord is always in my mind
In the world, but not of it
His Will I always seek to find
Abiding in Christ Jesus
Nourished by the true vine
Long to spread the Good News
But not throw pearls to swine
Running the race, forward
Forgetting the past
Crucify the flesh, every day
The world's lusts, constantly fast
Deny self in the Lamb's Cross
Hold on to God's Word, the mighty sword
Walking in the Spirit
To be in His Presence, the great reward.
The Reason for my Hope
The Reason for my Hope
I went out to tell the world
To give the reason for my hope
To shine the Light Jesus
I thought that I could cope
I was with a thankful heart.
The Spirit whispered: "Just be ready."
Keep your faith in Christ and Him crucified.
In Christ, I knew my faith is steady.
I was about to put the whole armor
Wanted to plant another seed
Sadly, my mind was not protected
I forgot the helmet that I need
Then the question followed
I was asked the reason...not ready to defend
Grieved the Holy Spirit..cried..
WHY did I have to pretend?
"Why are you always joyful?"
"Because of Jesus" - I did not say
Losing the chance to witness
For our sins He did pay
I relied on my self for a minute
Forgot that on my own I am weak
Nothing I can do
Unless His strength I ALWAYS seek
Father, today You taught me
My hope resting fully upon the grace
of the salvation in the Lamb
the revelation of Jesus Christ
By the power of Your might
With Your strength, I go on in this fight
